Meike V. Grimme is a doctoral candidate in Media Management at the University of Hohenheim and the University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, as well as a former PhD scholarship holder of the State Graduate Funding Baden-Württemberg, Germany. She has earned her M.Sc. in Communication Management and studied among others at the UC Berkeley in San Francisco and the University of Padova in Italy. Her research interests include Technology Adoption in Media Organisations, AI Strategies in the News Media, Digital Journalism Studies, Media Business Model Innovation and Communication & Marketing. She just finished her doctoral thesis with the topic Factors Influencing AI Integration in the Media Newsroom.
